At Combate Kimonos, our products are made in limited quantities, which means we have limited options for refunds and exchanges. We encourage you to carefully select your size before purchasing. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

If you need to return an item due to sizing issues, we will accommodate an exchange if the size you need is available. If the requested size is not available, we will issue a refund, provided the product is in like-new condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged). For assistance, please contact us at support@combatekimonos.com.

Please note that a return shipping label will only be provided if the mistake was made by Combate Kimonos (such as incorrect, defective, or damaged items). If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and find the best solution.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible only if the requested size is available. If the size you need is not in stock, we will issue a refund for the item, as long as it is in like-new condition. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
